Account Registration and Eligibility

Players must be at least 18 years old to register an ef99 account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate personal information including your full name, email address, phone number, and payment details. ef99 reserves the right to verify this information through third-party services at any time. Registration grants you a single account; creating multiple accounts violates these terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

By registering, you confirm that you are not legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction. Bangladesh players are welcomed. If you are found to be underage or in a restricted region, your account will be closed immediately and any funds forfeited.

Deposits, Payments, and Financial Terms

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting a valid National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence. Verification typically takes 24 hours. We reserve the right to request additional documents if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Bonuses and Promotional Terms

ef99 offers welcome bonuses and ongoing promotions. The initial deposit bonus is up to 225% matching, capped at ৳11,000. This bonus carries a 14x wagering requirement—you must stake the bonus amount 14 times across eligible games before withdrawing.

Bonuses are valid for 7 days from credit. If you do not wager the required amount within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited. Not all games contribute equally to wagering: Slots contribute 100%, Live Casino games contribute 50%, and some games may contribute 0%.

Promotional bonuses cannot be stacked. Only one bonus per promotion period applies to your account. ef99 reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time. Abuse of bonus terms—such as depositing and withdrawing without genuine play—may result in forfeiture and account closure.

If you dispute a transaction or believe an error occurred, contact support within 30 days with details. We will investigate and respond within 14 days. Disputes older than 30 days will not be investigated.

If we suspect your account is being used for illegal activities, we may freeze it pending investigation. We cooperate with regulatory authorities and law enforcement as required.

Limitation of Liability

ef99 is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, data security, or game outcomes. Your use of ef99 is at your own risk.

ef99's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 12 months prior to the claim. This limitation applies to all claims including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not liable for third-party payment gateway failures, internet outages, device malfunctions, or force majeure events beyond our control.

Changes to These Terms
